AKATOSH MOUNT, NEED HELP ASAP

ok, so i downloaded the mod, it came with just one file, an esp file. i put it in the data folder, then clicked on the oblivion shortcut, went into data files, it was there. i checked the box next to akatosh mount.

now, everything seems to work, EXCEPT. the entire mod is messed up, now the creator of the mod said that the dragon would be in the IC stables, so i tried fast-travelling there, but, it crashed, tried it again, fast travelled, it crashed. so then I fast travelled to the talos district, and then tried leaving it to the stables, but it keeps crashing, and i cant get near the stables without it crashing, what should i try to do? :confused:

Akatosh can be found outside IC at the horse stables just flying there with the other mounts.

 

edit: I just realized there are multiple files for this mount. Personally I have the Akatosh Mount R19 file (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10819) and after I installed the OMOD everything was fine.
