HellFreezer
Sometimes someone might add or remove a removable drive from their system and not realize that can reassign drive letters beyond C:Generally you would want to use Windows File manager and verify that you still have an E: drive accessible, then navigate to that path\folder, assuring it still exists and look for that .exe file there. If you verify all that is normal, then you might need to check the access permissions on the file and folder. Also you might note the file date property to see if it is suspiciously new or recent (has that been changed by something?) and scan it for malware.
