Remaining objects in GECK

I'm new with the GECK and doing the layout tutorial i got a problem deleting all the objects in a cell. There is the vault door remaining in the render windows but there are no objects in the object tree from the cell view.

As you can see the Vault door is still there but there is no reference in the cell view.

Another problem i had is that when i load vault74a there are missing objects in the render view, i don't remember to have this problem the first time i loaded the vault.

Press F5 to reload the cell and it should be gone.

Open ..\My Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\GECKPrefs.ini, search for bShowMultibounds and make sure it's =1.

Thanks, refreshing the windows solves the first problem, but i still have the second problem. The line bShowMultibounds it's marked as 1. The objects in the scene are still missing.
