Seems to be capping all downloads at around 2.5MB/s

The large file download keeps failing after around the half-way point now as well

UPDATE:

I just tried again and specifically clicked the CDN for Performout Equilibrium Part 1 (the one that was failing before) now I'm getting about 90MB/s WOOT!

Welp spoke too soon lol, made it about 7 gigs in 2 minutes but now it's slowed back down to around 2.5 - 3.0 MB/s I just hope it can actually finish instead of randomly stopping "network error"

Failed right at the end sadly, "resumed" download and the resulting .7z file was corrupt :c

UPDATE 2:

After attempting again through Vortex, it seemingly was able to finish downloading (Blistering 113MB/s) and it worked! No idea what was going on here
