wartales can anyone make a simple mod to remove exp loss when switching professions?

i'm not a modder and wouldnt know how to do it, but i imagine it wouldn't be too difficult

 

this would make playing with small parties more viable. i'm currently stuck in professions unable to change because i dont want to lose 1000 exp and crap

also, maybe an idea of custom difficulty where you can tweak settings and modifiers and stuff manually, so players can tweak it to just how they want it. would be great for people who want harder challenges, or just making normal difficulty slightly harder and stuff
