Learn it well because you can't work with mods without knowing it.http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_utilities.htm Then, as you find what tools you need ask about them. there are usually more than one that can be used and usually there is a free tool that will do the same thing as an expensive commercial tool, such as Gimp in place of Photoshop Get Gimp here: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ Nifscope is handy: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.p...ckage_id=170735 For tutorials on any of them use google (or any other search engine) to find them.Just type in 'Gimp, tutorials' and you sill see a dozen. Other tools will depend on exactly what you want to do. There is no sense learning a tool that you will probably never use when you can download it and learn it when you find you actually need it.
