"This bed is mine" mod problem

"This bed is mine" mod does not seem to work and the console command does not work, any suggestions as to how to make this mod work or other fixes, no DLCs?

One of the mods is probably conflicting because i also have this one installed and it works. Have you tried starting a new game without any mods but this one?
