among a slew of issues trying to run a modded game of FNV this has suddenly started and i cant tell what it is.

 

ive disabled lighting and weather mods but it still appears.

after further testing (Disabling ALL mods) the flashing continued)... strange.

 

Edit:

 

fresh reinstall "solved" the issuse as i couldnt reproduce it, likely somthing changed in an INI file or somthing.

 

ive wrestled with a few "stutter remover"s and "4gb patches" some of which needed ini tweaks or changes to the executable which may or may not have been the cause.
