theHunter: Call of the Wild COTW crashing when i add Launch parameters

So the game starts fine if i clear all launch parameters but when i add them in launch settings or into the shortcut it causes it to crash everytime, is there a work around for this or are there new launch parameters im not aware of? im playing on the steam version. only mods i can get to work are the tents mod and population mods but i can do with a little extra movement speed, maybe a little less weapon sway... these are what i have as launch parameters..... ( --vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-archive dlc_win64 --vfs-fs. ) but its causing it to crash everytime. but im also seeing people posting mods still and even the mod builder requires certain launch parameters to work. so not sure why it keeps crashing for me.
