Homer Tipton
I changed the fore end of a Thompson Machinegun which was part of the 20th century arms collection I downloaded. I removed the front pistol grip and replaced it with a forend stock such as was used during World War II. Modifying the weapon in Blender was no problem, Imported good and exported good. In Nifscope everthing is as it should be after I replaced the original pistol grip with the new one made in Blender. I checked and rechecked every line and node of the code and all was the same as the original except for the nistrip numbers. My fore shock has less nistrips than the orignal. I put the game in the game with GECK and everthing shows except for the new forestock which is missing except for a shadow off to the left of the character which can only be seen at one angle. Also the Gypsy clothing which I use is now missing its color, they turn deep dark gray or near black when the Weapon is equiped, returning to the orignal color when the weapon is unequiped. Can someone help me with this problem. What am I doing wrong either in blender or Nifscope to create this string of problems.

Homer Tipton
Thanks so very much, I got the tutorial, at least I think it is the one you suggested, and after several tries got everthing working. My new weapon is working just fine in game and looks great.
