The classic sequel that expanded on the original. The game moves millenium's forward into the years just after the dark ages. You can't help but feel the game has been influenced by the film "Braveheart" as you fight both for and against England during Scotland's struggle for freedom.

May I just say Scotland did a very good job in their struggle for freedom.

(Dark0ne, you really need to add a sarcastic smilie. Like this one - http://www.halflifesource.com/forums/images/smilies/hmm.gif)

Overall a good game. A lot of Improvements in the overall game. However I did not like how you can't tell your men to stay in one place. Anybody know how to do that? Anyway overall 7/10. Can't wait till Age of Empire's III.

Aye, a very good game. I rather liked the Campaigns, especially The Aztecs, Barborossa's, and Joan of Arcs was ok.

Was it just me, or was it a wee bit cheap how you could get alliances with the computer, put your troops in their town, and then turn on the Hostility? Then again, they were stupid enough to trust me in the first place.

And we can't forget the Genitour(A cavalry sounding Militia shooting Skirmisher spears), Serious, the Monkey boy, or the Marmalukes.

I loved this game. It was the first RTS I ever played, it was nice, reasonably simple, and satisfying. And most importantly for me at the time, easy to cheat on. :D

Nothing beats reigning down on an enemy city with 25+ powerful siege weapons and utterly devastating every last inch.

I'm not as excited for the third one as I was for the second. I'd prefer sword and calvary combat over gun's. It's not as fun.
