You can find him in Therana's chamber in Tel Branora and if u want a scroll you can buy them from Folms Mirel in Caldera's Mages guild but you need to be atleast a wizard in Mage's Guild Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kevin Woodman Posted March 25, 2005 Share Posted March 25, 2005 It's not a cheat, but you have have to have a powerful magic using character to actually use it, however once you know the spell, you can pay an enchanter to enchant an expensive or better amulet to summon it, use as powerful of a soulgem and creature as you can get or it won't last long.
