Vortox listed mods do not work

I installed mods but they did not work, for example No more twigs. This was both in the Fallout mod manager and Vortex. So I got annoy, bad thing that, and uninstalled the game and deleted any directories left. Reinstalled FO4 but Vortex has listed mods but in FO4 the mods are greyed out. Tried to download and reinstall them but that created a bigger mess. What do I do to make Vortex mods fix the problem so the mods work in FO4? These are the mods installed, the list includes FO4 installs, some are repeats in Vortex. PS I there a way to take a screen shoot of all the mods that are in Vortex?
