Deleted804086User
Ok, so I have a new radio station set up, nothing special, just some to add to atmosphere of the game. I would like to have the station activated by a switch however, I can find no tutorials that this and trial and error have lead no where. So if anyone has any info that would be great. Just been experimenting so far, and looking through the G.E.C.K. hasn't help so does anyone know of a tut or have any tips?Better to just bump the same post if you want to be persistent, I think. If you post a question and no one answers, maybe no one who reads it has experience with the subject. I don't either, but I would try placing a switch at a radio tower, attaching an object script to it Begin OnActivate so that it starts your radio signal, however your signal is broadcast. Check out the GNR scripts. Its signal changes from mostly static to a strong signal after the new radio dish is installed. Should be a clue there. Deleted804086User
Tried that, by adding a signal onto the existing ones, all I had to do was add the signal to the script and basicly everythign was the same with my set up and the FO3 one but no go... More then likely no one has done this, most radio stations are found right away but that wouldn't make sense for this mod, so I'll just have to wait and see. Have you checked those scripts?

Deleted804086User
Oooooook, so far every script has failed to have any effect, tried setting up a quest to tie it to and that has also failed. Even attempting to extend the signal range has fallen through. So anyone with scripting and quest experience feel free to speak up.
