HELP with new ENB! Rudy to PI-CHO, weird textures

I had Rudy enb for obsidian weathers, and wanted to switch to pi-cho for azurite weathers. Firstly didn't remove rudy and overwrote everything and messed stuff up. Then deleted every trace of anything enb from the skyrim directory and reinstalled pi-cho. Re-installed mods like LUX etc. Some textures are still mangled. How do I fix this? The weird textures happened after trying to change the enb. Rudy worked fine and had no issues. Changed enbseries to newest ver .493. Someone mentioned that could be the cause since .491?

*FIXED*
newer versions of enbseries are causing it. Use ver before .491. I used ver .488 and it works fine.
