Unlocks everything upon continuing the game or starting a new one:

 

All weapons at weapon shop

All Armors at armor shop

All Stylist options unlocked

All augments unlocked at grafters

All Tacticals Unlocked at Weapon Shops

Unlock all gun and armor camos

ICE maxed out

 

If DLC has been purchased through legit means, it will instantly unlock instantly through an script being ran through [Constant Loop]

 

If DLC has been ported instead of legitimate means another script will be ran called "Deny DLC Constant Loop Alt Filter" which denies pirates the luxury of getting their DLC through illegitimate means as a precaution.
