[SSE] Gift style rune spells

It's probably too early to request Christmas themed mods, but I might as well put this out here before I forget all about it, plus this would be great by the next time the Holiday months come around. I would like to request a new set of rune spells that sees gift boxes being placed instead of rune circles, maybe even have it set off random effects when enemies approach it.
