It's possible to send a command to a mod?

Hello folks!!! How are you?

I have this question:

In the awesome mod Advanced Cover, we have "cover animations" when player is undressed. But the "cover animations" is played even if player is inside his home (Breezehome as example). The mod Advanced Cover has a button to on/off the mod.

it´s possible to make a mod, script etc, that when enter in a home like Breezehome, sends a command to off Advanced Cover?
