LE New Spells to convert items to gold

Looking for someone to make a new spell or series of spells to convert items to gold. similar to selling to a merchant but just cast the spell and click the item, or maybe drop the item and cast the spell on it and the gold is added to inventory, which would prevent casting on quest items and such.

Either 1 spell to "sell" the item for the amount it's worth, or for the amount you would get from a merchant at your speech level. Should be an Alteration spell I would think.
