Missing walls, pieces of buildings, floors, sidewalks and rubble

From time to time I encounter holes everywhere, or missing walls at random. Very irritating. They never stick to one place.

 

I'm using FOOK+MMM+XFO, along with a small collection of SP-Destruction plugins, and additional gameworlds inside DC buildings.

On top of that I've all the DLC's patched with version 1.5 fixed up with FO3EditMasterUpdate.exe

 

 

Someone knows what the problem is?
