AtheistAntichrist Posted June 15, 2023 Share Posted June 15, 2023 Does anyone know how mods are introduced into the game? ie - what exactly does Frosty Mod Manager do to apply mods (if it actually worked instead of being trash) I find it odd that no one has modded the game without frosty...there has to be a way to mod Payback without Frost and if so then I'm going to try to find it.
