Armor Rigging in Blender

Heya guys, I'm working on a new armor mod which is based on snake's outfit from metal gear solid. It's not exactely the same but it looks somewhat like it. The thing is I build the armor from scratch which means I have to rig it. I tried to do it but I cant figure out how to do it so I was wondering if someone could do it for me? The mesh should be 90% finished, I just want to know what it looks like ingame, I haven't done the textures yet or the uv mapping first I want to know if the model looks nice ingame. So I was wondering f someone can rig it for me so I can test it ingame?

 

I tried some tutorials without any sucess.

it's made in 3d max so I can export it in 3ds obj or w/e you want :)!
