Custom Companion tied up

So basically every once in awhile my custom companion will stop and sit like benny when he gets captured in the legion camp.

 

I went through my MCM to see if there was anything for it but i didn't see anything i have noticed that when it happens it is usually after combat and the console reads something along the lines of NPC DaveCompanion restraining 0.9 but i believe that is either immersive hit reactions or live dismemberment.

 

The custom companion only has a reset health script and 2 small quests im currently playing through on my modded playthrough my vanilla one gives me no issues with it.

 

Any insight would be very helpful.

Edit: I uninstalled STUN and he ended up not doing it again for quite awhile i then went and installed ballistx, SUP, nvts and robco certified and he proceeded to do it within 15 minutes of launching the saveagain
