Odd Death Incarnate Bug

So I started the Death Incarnate quest for the Dark Brotherhood, and I've hit a laptop crashing bug.

 

To put it simply, every time I go near Arnbjorn while he's fighting the Penatus my game crashes bad enough that I have to turn off my laptop to do anything. And so far I can't find a way to stop it.

 

I have tried turning off different mods that I think could affect it, lower the games graphics to see if its the fire but nothing has been working.

 

If anyone has any ideas what might be causing it or know how to fix this I would be greatly appreciative.

 

Edit: From a few more attempts trying to fix it. It looks like the crash is happening when Arnbjorn gets killed. My FPS drops to nothing and the game eventually stops responding giving me the prompt to wait or close the game.

Edit: From a few more attempts trying to fix it. It looks like the crash is happening either if I look at Arnbjorn in his werewolf form for too long or get closer. I don't know if that means his skeleton is the issue.

The issue is still persisting.
