And I'm trying to get my character to look like this

But I can't seem to get it right, I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong and maybe someone who's really good at racemenu can help me =(.

Well first, your ENB (if you have one) isn't the same as the one used in the model screenshot.

 

Then, I think you're missing another mod or two. There are "smooth face" mods for females, and have you installed CBBE or UNP? The skeleton on your character is probably different, so I'm certain that whatever you do won't look like expected.
