Windows 11 Messed up MO2 Virtual File System: My solution

Hi,

I'm no tech expert, but after the Windows 11 update push 15 June, I got T-poses and running FNIS triggered an error something to the effect of "Unhandled exception in USVFS on line 112..." and then all the standard FNIS .hkx files in "\Meshes\actors\character\behaviors" were failed to be found by FNIS and no animations were run (this exception occurred for every one of the FNIS .hkx files).

This problem apparently affected LOOT as well as FNIS, and probably any other tool that needs to use the VFS.

My work-around was to: 1) Explicitly add MO2 to the exceptions list in Windows Security. 2) Run MO2 explicitly as Administrator, even though my account on Windows 11 is Administrator.

Perhaps more importantly, this is a symptom of aging software, where Microsoft has no problem pushing an update that could potentially affect millions of users. I urge Bethesda to form a "Skyrim Maintenance Users Group", that included 1.5.97, and push our reasonably priced maintenance releases every 2 to 5 years.
