Any mod that removes health and magic bar etc outside of combat?

I find it annoying that the healthbar and magic meter are visible even if you have only lost 1 hp etc outside combat. You can still press y to bring them up at any time outside combat. Do anyone know if there is any mod out there that does not make them show up permanently at all time when not in battle?

 

If not possible to remove outside combat it would at least be great if it was possible to decrease the threshold when they are shown (like under 50% etc)
