Deleted1293996User
I recently downloaded the TESCS and found it rather easy to use.So I made a *personal* house mod. I got the bare essentials set up, doors/portals linked, interior cell, and an exterior cell. One small problem. None of it appears. I've had this problem before, with other online mods, such as Bravil Sea Domes and Clocks of Cyrodiil. Did these require OBSE? Probably  My question is: does the TESCS itself have specific requirements to make the mods function in-game? I tried updating my copy of Oblivion to use OBSE so it would work, but the patcher thingy quit responding. Is the house not appearing caused by the lack of OBSE? Or is there some other requirement? I would HIGHLY appreciate some answers. PS: When I tried the UK version of the patcher, It got to 4%, with a red bar (is that normal?) PPS: It's another Sky House, above Vilverin. PPPS: I didn't think it should require OBSE, because i only used things already in the game.
Pronam
That depends... Do you only have it with certain mods...or?Cause you would need to load the all up in CSAnd save them to a new file, that needs to set active... -------------Ahh. Now I read the patch story/..If your oblivion is at a lower version than CS. Objects simply do not up.And you should use the UK patch when you're not living in the US indeed. The patcher can have some trouble and freeze. But they say too leave it open for at least 20 minutes for a good reason, and you should not do anything else in the meantime that could screwup the install... OBSE has nothing to do with objects themselves, only with scripts....so special things that happen with objects...
XJDHDR
Did you activate your new plugin in the "Data Files" list in the Oblivion Launcher (menu which appears when you double-click on the Oblivion shortcut.
