7thsealord Posted January 1, 2014 Share Posted January 1, 2014 (edited) Could be wrong but, based on the placement of the Capital Building and the Washington Monument (and the size of the latter), it is somewhere on the north side of the Potomac and roughly NW of the Chryslus Building.
