[SSE] More Realistic Magicka Growth

So according to Elder Scrolls lore, magicka comes to Nirn through the holes in aetherius (the stars and sun) and exposure to the abundant magicka is how characters have the ability to cast spells. One thing that never made sense to me about the leveling system is the complete control we have over how we gain health, stamina, and magicka. Some mods make it so exhausting around 90% of your stamina and letting it refill will increase the amount of stamina you have while exhausting all magicka does the same there. What I want to request is a wuxia-style cultivation mod that has the player character start with around 10 magicka and meditate to absorb magicka for a few purposes. This meditation would be able to increase stamina, health, spell resistance, and damage resistance (to an extent) by using it to specifically reinforce the body or be sent straight to the "magicka core" to increase the size of the magicka pool available for casting spells. Any need for clarification can be requested but I would prefer if own imagination was used, my ideas for it run the risk of being rather broken (cultivate magicka exclusively gain complete spell immunity, cultivate stamina exclusively gain complete weapon immunity, dual cultivate both gain 90% resistance to both and massive increases to health, stamina, and magicka).
