No snow on stone roads

Hi all,

 

I am using Tamrielic Landscapes with simplicity of snow and the mod "Tamrielic Landscapes Snow Patch" (loaded absolutely last on my load order) at

and I simply cannot get snow to show on stone roads. Here is what it looks like,

I can't figure this out for the life of me. I am not using any snow mods that would be overwriting Tamrielic Landscapes snow textures, I am using the appropriate ProjectedDiffuse texture from the Patch Hub here

and there is nothing overriding these files as per MO2.

 

I tried using both BDS2 and BDS3 and there is still no snow on stone roads. My load order looks like this:

 

Majestic Mountains and all its fixes

Simplicity of snow

Simplicity of snow MM patch

Tamrielic Landscapes

ProjectedDiffuse Patch - Tamrielic Textures

Tamrielic Landscapes Snow Patch

 

Any suggestions? Thanks!
