Increasing draw distance in the GECK

Hello everyone,

I've created a rather large cell area in a mod I'm currently working on and have encountered a problem in which the draw distance does not allow for the opposite end of the room to be visible when the player is stood at one end, viewing the opposite side. I've spent some time searching for answer online and experimenting in the GECK and have still not been able to increase the viewing distance. In the GECK I increased the cell lighting values which seemed to help a little, but the values are maxed at 163840 (see attached image) and there is still a limit in-game with how far into the room the player can see without moving in that direction. Does anyone know how to override this max value to allow for greater values?

What puzzles me is the fact that the entire room length is fully visible in the GECK and yet when I enter the cell in-game the viewing limit is present. Note that I have maxed all the drawing distances in the Display settings of the game to no avail.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Well i will tell you if you are talking about not being able to see the opposite side of the room In game, then i know a solution to this as i have had to do it as well in a mod i worked on awhile back. You will need to create ROOMMARKER boxes around and add Portals to it so you can see past... the tutorial i used comes from the base tutorial on the actual GECK site

Unfortunately this doesn't work - I'm still getting a limit in the viewing distance. Does anyone have any more ideas/suggestions?
