doometernal Does uninstalling undo milestone progress?

What the title says. I'm looking to uninstall the game for a while to make some room on my drive. Does uninstalling remove my progress in my milestones, campaign XP or anything? Also is that data stored on my drive somewhere if I wanted to back it up before uninstalling? Thank you
