Can't level up with KCAS

Hey there!

I've been using KCAS for a while and loved it, but after I reinstalled Oblivion it won't work anymore.

I haven't messed with any of the settings, but I can't seem to level up with it - I get the lvlup screen, choose the 3 attributes I want to increase and click exit, but my level stays the same (and I don't get the attributes either)

I've already tried to

-redownload and reinstall

-try it on a new save

-remove all mods and omods except KCAS and reset Oblivion.ini

-type into the console "modpcmiscstat 2 1", as suggested by the readme (which did nothing btw)

Attribute changes seem to work, but it's somewhat useless if I can't level up.

Can anyone help?
