Freezing on Startup

So, trying to mod Cyberpunk, first time doing so. I was taking it slow and started out with a few apartment mods. Got them downloaded, started up the game, CET launched for hotkey, and I mapped it. Then the game froze at the CDProjekt Red load screen.

 

I figured it may have something to do with CET, so I force closed and restarted the game. It froze on the same CDProjekt Red loading screen. I looked at the Wiki for CET and saw a trouble shoot guide that suggested turning Randomize memory allocations and High-entropy ASLR settings to default on in windows security. I did that, shut down my computer, took a break and came back and turned it on. Launched the game, and still freezing in the same point. I doubled check to make sure all the files were dropped in their correct folders, and they are.

Since I am new to Cyberpunk modding, I was hoping someone could take a look at the below list of mods and just see if anything looks off or incompatible in their experience.

Nevermind, I am an idiot lol. I forgot to enable mods in the gear icon on the launcher....
