Better Bodies 2.2 isn't working

I've downloaded & installed Better Bodies 2.2 (using the install wizard that automatically pops up). It seemed to do everything correctly, adding Better Bodies.esp to the Data Files folder, and other files to the Meshes & Textures folders.

 

I had selected the Nude version when it asked. But when I go back into a game with my already-made Imperial character, there is no change. My character is not nude, nor is any other character.

 

Is some other step(s) required in order to make Better Bodies 2.2 work?

 

P.S. Sorry for the double post. My computer hung up when I tried to post the first time, and I thought it had failed, so I did it again. Moderator, please delete one of them.

Maybe their is a conflict? how many mods are you running?

I'm not running a single mod and never have during the several years I've had it. Just the straight GOTY from the box. Currently on Windows XP, but will be switching it to Windows 7 when my new computer arrives. I was thinking of playing with making some clothing then, since I'll then have enough memory and power to handle it. But if I can't even get Better Bodies to work, I won't bother.

When you get the Win 7 computer, do yourself a favor and install outside the "Program Files" series of directories. C:\Games\Morrowind is a good location ;)

Hi Spirithawke. Yes, that's my usual game setup if it allows it. I do it simply to make all my games easier to find.

 

Are you suggesting that it might also have something to do with the Better Bodies mod working or not?

 

If you are, that's where my game is set up on my old computer, and Better Bodies isn't working there anyway.
