There are mod downloads here. Other good sites are Morrowind Summit and Thelys but there are loads of sites. Look through some of the threads here for 'favourite mods'. If you can't find where to download them you can use a search engine on the internet. It usually comes up with the answer.

 

If you want to find mods that add quests and factions there is a pinned thread in plug-ins where people have given reviews.

 

When it comes to the construction set are you looking to build your own mods or simply to get more money quickly etc? The latter is more easily done using the console. However many of us regard that as cheating!

The vivic guild og mages has an altimer who has both the spells, but if I recall there a bit pricy.
