Installed Assassin's Creed Origins but when I try to add a mod I get an error

It is complaining about drive I: ??? I don't have a drive I:

I also have another game Witcher 3 which seems to work fine with no errors.

Any suggestions about what to change/correct? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still get the same error.
