LE Body Replacer with Menu for Numerous Textures

I've seen one that does some of what I'm talking about for UNP (and there might be something similar for CBBE), but it isn't completely what I was hoping for.

Ideally, what I'd like to see is something like UNP(B) or CBBE menu options in character creation where you can select things like:

Moisture Menu: Wet, Oiled, Dry (as an example)
Build Menu: Muscled, Athletic, Toned, Normal (as an example)
Tattoo Menu: Various locations and types
Tanline Menu: Various locations and types
Body Hair Menu: Hairy, Trimmed, Landing Strip, Smooth (as an example)
Scar Menu: (Various locations and types),
Piercings Menu: (Various locations and types)
Height Menu: (possibly affected by race)

This list is not exhaustive (although it might seem that way), but it's what I can think of at the moment. I am not a modder and I can only imagine the effort involved in doing something like this. But having ALL options like this in the character creation menu would be awesome. I don't like the idea of deleting and replacing files manually because, quite candidly, I'm the person that would kill their game doing that. So what I'm asking is one awesomely enhanced character creation menu.

So I could create one character that is Normal Build, Dry Skin, a Tattoo (wherever of something), no Tanlines, Smooth, a Scar on their back (or wherever), a Pierced Ear and Tall, or...
I could create another character that is Athletic Build, Oiled Skin, no Tattoo, Tanlines at their bikini area, a Landing Strip, no Scars, Pierced nose and nipple and Short, or...
...and so on.

All that in a one stop shop. Too much to ask? (Oh, and improved faces and hair to go with it all, although compatibility with current available mods would suffice...haha)

Huge apologies if this came up before. I did a quick search for something like this and nothing jumped out at me as addressing exactly what I was after.
