StreetFighter6 [Mod Suggestion/Request/Commission] Replace Character with World Tour Avatar

Is this possible? I am not a fan of Luke and was thinking it'd be neat to get to use my World Tour Avatar while fighting in versus mode instead of Luke. I was inspired by the Soul Calibur games and how you can create a character with the moveset of any character from the game's roster. I'm sure I'm not the only person who would want to do something similar to this with their avatar, so I figured I'd make this post.
