Wyked Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 Hi All, Working on a new player home mode (with help from Rayek and browsing around the other mods made) So far i have the following working: (state is about pre-alpha) Base layout (medium/Large home.. probably 3-4 times the size of mini hideout)Bedroom with light switches/custom bobblehead displayentryway inside an epic cavern (not roamable, more of a vista view from a glass entryway)Main room with infirmary, armory, work area, kitchenactivatable desk to downstairs "powerplant" room. Auto sorting ammo, workbench mats, food items, medical suppliesauto sorting of weapons with proper condition kepta table to resurect dogmeat (with dogmeat dropping a "Dogmeat's Body" item that will need to be brought back to the operating table" Basic AI Navmesh and interaction things i need help with: Is there a "LoopUntil" function or something similar in the Geck to make my weaponsort script cleaner?Is there a way to get the ArmorHealth stat from armor either held or equipped by the player to make an armor sorter? Suggestions Wanted: What kind of AI interactions would be good in the house?Should the AI get their own bedroom/What should go in it?Should i add resurrection capability for followers besides dogmeat?what should a resurrection of follower/dogmeat cost? (i was thinking a couple bloodpacks + a stimpack, and a fission battery to power the machines?)What kind of ambient decorations are most wanted/appreciated?Should there be a decorative room for general amusement stuff?
