KevinSmith7
Bumping one more time with the crash log as it presents itself. I am close to just giving up, which I really would not like to do. 7531Leonidas
You have two different plug-ins listed plainly in the crash report. HDT-SMP and MuJointFix. Check Nexus for updates, maybe reinstall if there are none. Furthermore, it also shows you on v. 2.02.02 for your SKSE64. For your version of SSE (1.6.640), the latest version of SKSE64 is 2.02.03. First, I would try to update the SKSE to the latest version, 2.02.03, then start SSE again. Make sure that you look at the SKSE logs in your Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE to look and see which ones are starting properly. Any that do not, reinstall to enable the new SKSE, or d/l an updated version. The modding wiki ( https://modding.wiki/en/skyrim/users/skse-plugins ) may be of some help finding updated mods/plugins. KevinSmith7
Still not working. Reinstalled both, then disabled them when they still didn't work. Cleaned with SSEEdit, used LOOT to find any problems with files, and it's STILL NOT WORKING. Latest crash report reads like this: Skyrim SSE v1.6.640CrashLoggerSSE v1-8-0-0 Feb 1 2023 00:20:05Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF7E64389ED SkyrimSE.exe+13789ED mov byte ptr [rbx+rax*1], 0x00SYSTEM SPECS: OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro v10.0.19041 CPU: AuthenticAMD AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor GPU #1: AMD Navi 10 [Radeon RX 5600 OEM/5600 XT / 5700/5700 XT] GPU #2: Microsoft Basic Render Driver PHYSICAL MEMORY: 14.09 GB/31.92 GBPROBABLE CALL STACK: [ 0] 0x7FF7E64389ED SkyrimSE.exe+13789ED -> 104661+0x2ED mov byte ptr [rbx+rax*1], 0x00 [ 1] 0x7FF7E6445468 SkyrimSE.exe+1385468 -> 104829+0x108 movzx r13d, al [ 2] 0x7FF7E5A2F4BC SkyrimSE.exe+096F4BC -> 54049+0x9C mov edx, [0x00007FF7E85F1718] [ 3] 0x7FF7E5A2B842 SkyrimSE.exe+096B842 -> 54018+0x22 test al, al [ 4] 0x7FF7E5673EDE SkyrimSE.exe+05B3EDE -> 35641+0xEE nop [ 5] 0x7FF7E567112E SkyrimSE.exe+05B112E -> 35600+0x93E mov edx, 0x3EE [ 6] 0x7FFDE5A0065B skse64_1_6_640.dll+001065B [ 7] 0x7FF7E567F02A SkyrimSE.exe+05BF02A -> 35783+0x2CA movzx r15d, al [ 8] 0x7FF7E567D882 SkyrimSE.exe+05BD882 -> 35772+0x462 test al, al [ 9] 0x7FFDE5A00828 skse64_1_6_640.dll+0010828 [10] 0x7FF7E56AC2DF SkyrimSE.exe+05EC2DF -> 36564+0x9F mov rax, [0x00007FF7E701A748] [11] 0x7FF7E56A4DD5 SkyrimSE.exe+05E4DD5 -> 36544+0x165 test bl, bl [12] 0x7FF7E6534C1E SkyrimSE.exe+1474C1E -> 109636+0x106 mov ebx, eax [13] 0x7FFE45327614 KERNEL32.DLL+0017614 [14] 0x7FFE46D026B1 ntdll.dll+00526B1
7531Leonidas
Did you look at the SKSE logs? They can show if certain SKSE .dll are not loading properly.

7531Leonidas
To find the logs, which are really just text files, the SKSE logs are in your Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE folder. Notepad to open them. You did go to the SKSE website ( https://skse.silverlock.org/ ), and d/l the 2.2.3 SKSE64 and install it before starting again? From the above site Having crashes on startup after a game patch? Remove the files from Data/SKSE/Plugins and try again. Mods using plugins probably need to be updated. Before contacting us, make sure that your game launches properly without SKSE first. Also, attach skse.log, skse_loader.log, and skse_steam_loader.log (found in My Documents/My Games/Skyrim/SKSE/) to any support requests.
KevinSmith7
I've sent those files to the relevant email addresses on the site. No answer yet.
KevinSmith7
Still nothing... I'm going to delete my save, then see if any of that works. Maybe reinstall in another location if the problem persists.
