What Could cause this (any fix for it?)

Hi! I've been trying to solve this problem of mine. There is this constant hazy/foggy graphics infront of me after 15-20 meters. it is not fog it is more like haze or bad DoF (DoF turned off) I am using currently Vanilla HDR and Reshade, but turning off both of those doesn't help my cause.

I've seen people who have very clear distant graphics with Vanilla hdr/reshade/Evlas+ different assortment of graphical overhauls. For me this problem is very annoying and immersion breaking. If somebody has some simple solution to this that I just don't get it. I've gone through my mod list on MO2 to check each mod that could affect the graphics being so "hazy" from distance. I am using Cathderal weather mod.

I can post my whole load order if it is needed.

Have you checked your game graphic settings (the Options on the Steam game launcher) to make sure that your DOF is properly set? If you are not running the latest version, do not try this unless you have used the appmanifest hack to prevent upgrades upon launch.

DoF is set off. So it shouldn't be that. I try to keep finding reason what is causing this. Any help is appreciated tho.

I am running the latest version 1.6.640

It seems I have fixed the problem so far. I installed MCM plugin for Cathedral Weathers which seems to get rid of the hazy distant graphics. Problem solved so far.
