"Contact Us" button *worried*

Should I be worried that I sent a help ticket via the "contact Us" button at the bottom on the 30th of December and still have not received an answer?

 

or is Robin THAT busy?

 

or is my button bugged?

Now I am worried, as i am not alone.

 

I used the "Contact us" button several months ago (July? August?) because, after a major site change, I could not login for several days and I am still waiting for some sort of sign that someone read it.

Balls. Well at least I saved what I wrote in to an email to myself. Ugh, I'll have to try and get it sorted when I'm not emotionally compromised.
