I image searched on two different search engines and finally it all brought me right back to the channel where you and others have been asking the name of that mod for 2 years now. It's right here: El Cazador Armor.The maker even commented thanking the tuber for featuring the mod in thumbnails on this video. and the thumbnail of THAT video is where the image search (Yandex beat Google this time) eventually lead me.
