derailvalley Soviet/Eastern European re-skin for the diesel/oil tankers

Figured since DV is based on a easter european continent with a ex-soviet presence. The tanker cars could really looks cool as heck if they looked more the part. Not an expert on what material exactly was hawled but I assume it was diesel and oil mostly. here's what the proposed themes would look like. The mod would aim to modifiy the apperance of existing stock.

The main objective here would be simply to add the oil/diesel stains, dirt, but the themes are right on point.
