corrupt120
I'm having a little problem with OBGE. I'm currently using obge 3.1 but I cant get the shaderlist to work properly. The thing is, when using OBGE 3.0 the shaderlist works fine. Only problem is that if i use version 3.0 physically correct sky and liquid water won't work properly (yellow sky, messed up reflections). Another thing thats odd is only one of the shaders are working, HLSLvignette.fx. Here is my shaderlist:[Ambient Occlusion]Volumetric_SSAO.fx=0Volumetric_SSII.fx=0Volumetric_SSGI.fx=0Ring_SSAO.fx=0Ring_SSAO-q.fx=1CrysisAO.fx=0HBAO.fx=0HDAO.fx=0 [Lighting]Godrays05.fx=0Godrays06.fx=1LightShafts_PCS.fx=1 [Filtering]NormalFilterAA.fx=0DLAA.fx=0FXAA2.fx=0FXAA3.fx=0MLAA.fx=0MDLAA.fx=1MFXAA.fx=0SMAA.fx=0 [Depth of Field]Shaped_Bokeh_DoF.fx=0Bokeh_Hexagon_DoF.fx=1Bokeh_Circle_DoF.fx=0Pseudo_Bokeh_DoF.fx=0CrysisDoF.fx=0DepthOfField.fx=0 [Misc]CelShader+EdgeAA.fx=0ColorEffects.fx=0ColorMood.fx=0ENBColorEffect.fx=0HLSLbleachbypass.fx=0HLSLColorGrading02.fx=0HLSLColorGrading03.fx=0HLSLvignette.fx=1obsharpen.fx=0Toon.fx=0LensEffects.fx=0Film16.fx=0SmartSat.fx=0Technicolor3.fx=0 I have also tried writing only the individual shaders I want to use in the shaderlist, however I still get the same problem. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
samadchaz
hiyour shaders maybe brokenFirst disable godrays shader as its not compatible with PCStry removing obge water ortry running flushcache available in Oblivion\Data\Shaders ortry reinstalling obge test core effect first and then test extra one one by oneuse SMAA
corrupt120
Ive decided to remove PCS. I ran flushcache, didn't fix the problem. Reinstalled obge and all the shaders, didn't fix the problem. I can still only get HLSLvignette.fx to work. I doubt the shaders are broken because they work completely fine if I use obge v3.0. I would rather just use obge 3.0 because the shaders work, only problem is that the water has these annoying lines in them.
discovery1
Obge v3.1 appears to have problems with a combination of certain graphics cards and the use of hdr. I had no problems with an nvidia card and then an ati 7700 but on upgrading to the ati 7790 which has more memory, the same problems as reported above manifested. Changing to bloom solved the problem ...all shaders started working, changed back to hdr and the problems came back. I reverted to obge v3.0 and had no problems what so ever. However v3.1 runs better and more fps than v.3.0. It is not a perfect world......
corrupt120
Thanks for the feedback. Ill try that once I'm at home and able to. I do remember not having these issues on my old card, so what your saying makes sense.
