Give Firir's Note to Eydis at Old Hroldan

This is a very small thing, but on the body of Firir in Chillwind Depths, there is a note that he wrote to his wife, Eydis, who runs the Old Hroldan Inn. Unfortunately, there is no dialog option with Eydis to give her his letter and allow her to get some closure.

I would request that someone with more modding savvy than I make a mod so that this interaction is possible. It may be that the code is in there, but not implemented, or it may have to be done from scratch. I have no idea. I just want to be able to give Eydis the last letter her husband ever wrote to her. It feels like only the right thing to do.

I suppose your right, since Eydis have been in Skyrim Before Dragonborn came out, because even in Real Life you get Many People that has the Same Name, so Bethesda just forgot theres already such a Name in Skyrim.

I know this is an old post, but I just found the Torn Note for myself, and already knowing who Eydis was, I went to Old Hroldan Inn to bring her peace, only to find out that I wasted a trip :( I hope that somebody someday does decide to make a mod for this. Maybe even boost the relationship status a little bit so I can eat bread from the tables at the inn for free??? Kk

I was disappointed when I couldn't give her the note too... I settled on just reverse-pickpocketing the torn note into her possession. I like to think she'll find it eventually, even if it's not actually part of the game :( Edited by Dovesei

Maybe it was a mindslip from Bethesda - they seem usually to be good to tie these things together for "atmosphere worldbuilding".

I came sort of the other way round, pickpocketing Eydis noticing that me recent skill-up on pickpocket was able to remove her clothers. So there she stood; stark naked, almost, if not for her broom. Cough.

Next thing was naturally to Google for "skyrim eydis marriage".

Alas, no such thing, but i would like to add that to the Eydis-to-do-list - thank you so much.

Cheers
