How to disable shadows on an object in Nifskope?

Hello.

I am using Mealtime by aviform for skyrim special edition. But some of the objects, such as carrot cake, the naan bread, and the Riverwood tree cake have VERY strange shadows. They almost seem "backwards", with the shadow showing up on the top of the object instead of the bottom like it's supposed to. That means the top of the object looks very dark and weird.

I heard that nifskope can fix shadows or even disable shadows on a particular mesh completely. I opened up the carrot cake mesh using it, and could still see the "backwards shadows" (so it's definitely a mesh issue I think), but I couldn't figure out how to use nifskope to actually correct it or even turn the shadows off completely.

I...admittedly have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to nifskope.

Does anyone happen to have any ideas?

EDIT: I'm not looking for anyone to do it for me, because there are a number of food items that are affected by this, but if anyone can point me in the right direction ("You need to look at this option and click this option...etc") I would greatly appreciate it!

EDIT EDIT: Nevermind! I actually figured out how to fix it! :D Using the Nif Optimizer
