Could need administrative help with my mod

as my confusing topic title suggests i have a problem with my mod, the COMM mod (http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1712) to name it...

 

the problem is that whatever i try i am not able to upload all 135mb at once (see my WIP thread for details if you doubt that lol) and thus had to revert to splitting the archive, which wouldnt be much of a problem if winrars autojoin function would still work after a nexus download, sadly the nexus ai renames all files and thus part1 of the archive cant find part 2 and so on...

this is obviously not a problem for the genious pc user but the humble after work user might struggle with that even tho i added a few lines to the description describing the problem and how to solve it

 

thus my humble request:

would one of the mighty moderators or the godlike administrator download the mod, assemble the 5 packs to one file and reupload it if you please? i understand that this a heavy request and that there might be technical difficulties involved and would have course not have any hard feelings if it wouldnt be possible at all... but id kiss even more arse if youd do of course :P

 

if it wouldnt be possible however could you maybe describe to me the method used to give a 2nd user write access to ones files? if i remember correctly there was a field where i could enter some mysterious numbers which did exactly that but i never discovered their use
